Spiritual direction is the practice of helping individuals navigate the spiritual journey.
Spiritual Direction encourages the exploration and development of a closer relationship with God. In the midst of a busy life, many people find it difficult to notice God’s presence in their lives.
Spiritual direction can be in the context of a retreat or scheduled on a regular basis. Through spiritual direction, a person can begin to integrate spirituality into daily life, discern and make difficult choices, and identify God in experiences.
Spiritual directors have training in assisting others with the spiritual journey. Usually, people meet with a spiritual director once a month for an hour. There is a suggested donation for each session.
