Sister Rosie Miller, OSF, Program Director
Sister Rosie Miller is a Sister of St. Francis (Oldenburg, IN) whose professional life has included Catholic grade school education, parish ministry, and service from 1989-2013 as a professor of theology at Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) where, among other subjects, she taught Franciscan Spirituality. Most recently, she was the Director at St. Francis Spirituality Center (Tiffin, OH). Sister Rosie is trained and certified in Spiritual Direction and she is qualified to administer and interpret the Myers/Briggs personality inventory. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology and education from Marian University (Indianapolis, IN) and a Master of Arts degree in religious studies from Mundelein College (Chicago, IL). She also completed postgraduate work at the Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University (Chicago, IL).
Melissa Renfro, Executive Secretary
Melissa Renfro has worked with the Hospital Sisters for more than 25 years, first at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, next as an administrative secretary for the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis, and now as the executive secretary for Chiara Center.
Sheryl Mulhall, Administrative Secretary
Sheryl Mulhall previously worked at Calvary Academy, Springfield, and was a respite worker for special needs children for more than 10 years. Presently, she serves in the administrative office for the St. Francis Convent administrator and in Chiara Center.
